This presentation will provide an opportunity to hear thoughts on matters frequently brought before the court, which will include: the use of spousal support “guidelines”; a party using his/her own valuation expert after an agreed upon expert issues a non-binding report; the use of parenting time coordinators and the best way of challenging a court appointed coordinator; as well as matters which are a concern to Judges relating to the practice of family law.
